Before registering your jewelry shop, please read and understand our seller policies and guidelines.

Required Documents

Valid ID, Certificate of Registration (COR), and BIR proof must be submitted for account verification.

Product Quality

All jewelry items must be authentic and accurately described. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours. Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Shipping & Delivery

Ship items promptly after order confirmation. Provide tracking information and ensure items arrive in good condition.

  • Do not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or misleading advertising
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share your password
  • Report suspicious activity immediately to our support team
  • Use secure payment methods and comply with PCI-DSS standards
  • Accounts engaging in fraud will be permanently banned

  • Product names must be clear and accurately describe the item
  • Descriptions must include material (gold, silver, stainless steel), condition, and dimensions
  • Images must be clear, well-lit, and show the actual product (not stock photos without disclosure)
  • Price must reflect the actual cost; unauthorized price gouging is prohibited
  • Do not post duplicate listings of the same product

  • Treat all customers with respect and professionalism
  • Do not use offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language
  • Promptly address customer complaints and disputes
  • Maintain transparent communication about product availability and delivery timelines
  • Do not attempt to bypass the platform for external transactions

  • All products must comply with Philippine laws and regulations
  • You are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes
  • Do not sell prohibited or restricted items
  • Maintain proper business licensing and permits
  • Comply with all consumer protection laws and regulations
